Subscription Terms & Conditions
These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Hammer Nutrition Philippines Company, operator of hammernutrition.ph, and govern our respective rights and obligations.
Your use of hammernutrition.ph is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on hammernutrition.ph, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms.
If you sign up for a Hammer Nutrition Philippines product subscription via our Subscribe & Save page, you accept these Terms.
These Terms apply only to purchases made on hammernutrition.ph for delivery within the Philippines.
Subscription Benefits & Renewals
We offer the option of subscribing for regular delivery on select products. Products purchased on subscription are eligible for the discounts shown on our Subscribe & Save page, on the product pages that offer subscriptions, and in the cart and checkout. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Applicable taxes and shipping rates apply to subscription orders and renewals.
After a subscription is started, it will renew by creating future orders at the frequency you select when you start your subscription, or at any frequency you later choose in your account. Subscriptions renew at approximately 12:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT, UTC+8) on the day your renewal is set. If there is a price increase on a subscribed product, you'll still get the same Subscribe & Save discount on the new price.
If you start multiple product subscriptions delivering to the same address renewing on different days of the month, we may sync those subscriptions to renew on the same day of the month. These renewals will be processed together in a single shipment. You will be notified of the change by email.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment processor and you'll be charged in PHP for each subscription renewal order on the upcoming renewal date, which you can find in your account on hammernutrition.ph. Shipping on subscription orders is calculated at the rates shown at checkout.
If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription order, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.
Unless you cancel your subscription through your account or notify us via our Contact Us page at least 1 business day before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically continue, and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the applicable subscription renewal order amount in PHP, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, using the saved payment method for your subscription.
For this purpose, business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine national holidays. We recommend cancelling at least 2-3 days in advance to allow for processing.
Subscription Cancellation
Your subscription will continue to renew at your selected frequency until canceled. You may cancel or modify your subscription(s) at any time from your account on hammernutrition.ph or by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
Subscriptions During Sale Periods
We may offer different subscription discounts or benefits during sale periods. During sale periods, you'll pay the standard subscription price or the sale price for the same product, whichever is lower. At the end of the sale, the discount returns to the standard subscription discount automatically.
Other Limitations
We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign a subscription to another account. Subscriptions may not be used for resale, rental, or to ship to your own customers.
Only certain products are eligible for subscriptions, as shown on the product page. We won't charge you for skipped subscription orders. This program is available to retail customers in the Philippines only.
Out of Stock Products
If we cannot fulfill one or more items on your subscription order because they are out of stock, we may hold the order until the item comes in, or ship the in-stock and out-of-stock items separately within the Philippines. We will do our best to deliver the whole order promptly.
Termination
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion. If we do so after you have been charged for a subscription renewal but before it ships, your subscription will be canceled and we will refund that renewal order to your original payment method, unless the termination is because of fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Agreement Changes
We may change these Terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Returns
Returns of subscription orders follow our Refund Policy.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and other applicable Philippine law.
