Q: I heard that REM Caps may be effective for Restless Leg Syndrome. Is this true?

A: One study’s results showed significant relief of Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) using valerian, which is found in REM Caps. Though the amounts of valerian used in the study (800 mg) are more than what is in a capsule of REM Caps (150 mg), taking 2 REM Caps, along with 1-2 capsules of Essential Mg—magnesium being very effective for relaxing nerves and muscles—may prove to be very beneficial for helping alleviate this issue.

The valerian root component in REM Caps is responsible. This is the naturally occurring scent of valerian root, and it's completely harmless.
