INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN

Folate (5-MTHF) – While standard folic acid must go through a methylation process in order to be absorbed in the body, this form (also known as L-methylfolate) is readily available and highly absorbable. It is the only form that can be processed by the growing number of people (estimated 70% of the US population) with the MTHFR genetic defect, which decreases the conversion of folic acid into the usable MTHF form.

Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) – The naturally occurring and most bioavailable form of this vitamin.

This is our second purchase of this product. Napapabilis ang recovery at ready na magtraining ulit kinabukasan. Kaso Nov2026 ang expiration (7 months from now). Hindi kaya old stock? Pero okay lang kasi must be consumed within six months yata upon opening. Tsaka konti lang din ang laman, at sa dalas at bigat ng workout namin ni hubby, mauubos din naman agad to bago mag-expire. Pero syempre mas preferred namin na fresh yung stock na idedeliver.

Ideal for post-workout recovery. This is a cheat! I started using this 1 day after marathon kasi kakadeliver lang. 5 days post-marathon, back to normal na ang pakiramdam ko. Thanks to my friend who recommended this. This is amazing!

Recovery as we age per Science

I expect that after all these years from competitive mountain biking through the rock climbing years and now just a tourist riding through the woods as best i can with lots of experience and very little youth ; it's just as important as it ever was to give our bodies all the help we can !
