Glucosamine sulfate is usually derived from shellfish; the overwhelming number of joint health supplements containing glucosamine - including Tissue Rejuvenator - use shellfish-derived glucosamine sulfate. However, since glucosamine is derived from the shells of these animals while the allergen is within the flesh of the animals, it may be safe (key word "may") to use Tissue Rejuvenator even for those with a shellfish allergy. Still, we adamantly recommend that anyone with a shellfish allergy consult their physician before taking Tissue Rejuvenator or any glucosamine sulfate-containing supplements.
While some companies may still use shark cartilage as the source material for chondroitin sulfate, Hammer Nutrition uses only highly purified and sterilized, 100% BSE (Bovine spongiform encephalopathy)-free, bovine-derived chondroitin sulfate produced in the USA.
Please note that we offer our highly effective Vegan Tissue Rejuvenator which contains no shellfish-derived ingredients or any other ingredients derived from animals.
Yes, every Hammer Nutrition supplement is 3rd party tested in compliance with the FDA’s regulations, 21 CFR Part 111 – Dietary Supplements. All the raw materials for each supplement we produce are tested for purity, strength, identity, and integrity. In addition to raw material testing, every Hammer Nutrition supplement is also tested in every stage of production—blending, encapsulation / powder-filling, packaging components and finished goods—before being released for distribution.
Hammer Nutrition supplements will list a "Manufacture" date on the label, shown as MFG. It depends on the batch we have in stock. Right now most of our stock has at least a year left, and many items have 2 to 4 years, with expiry dates running up to 2031. Hammer Nutrition supplements also show a manufacture (MFG) date on the label. If you need a specific expiry date, message us by email at sales@hammernutrition.ph or on Viber before you order and we will check it for you. We update this FAQ as new stock arrives.

Being a few weeks away from 58 and still out here giving these dirt bikes the beans, I'm happy to report much less aggravation in my joints and body, in general. During a heavy day, I take four capsules immediately post-exercise. On regular (boring) days, I take four in the morning. So far so good!

Had a serious crash in May. Was off my bike and out of the gym for 5 weeks. Labrum tear, bicep tendon tear, shoulder separation and a fractured sternum 😢. I had no interest in taking NSAID’s. I have religiously used TR and VTR since the injury happened. Thank you to Steve for the advice from a previous injury with the proper protocol on how to use these products to start the healing process and recover as quickly as I could. I had used TR many moons ago when I was an ultrarunner. Since I stopped running distances and have retired from work I’d gotten away from Hammer products. Recently I’ve been having pinching in my upper thigh/hip when getting up from sitting, with it eventually starting to be sore during the day. I took ibuprofen a few times before I remembered Hammer!
Hammer to the rescue!! I called and ordered tissue rejuvenator and within a week it was like a miracle - I no longer winced when standing up and daily soreness is gone! Bless you Hammer!

Tissue rejuvenator is like a body tune up in a bottle. I have not been kind to my joints, and when they start to feel distressed and abused, I prioritize taking Tissue Rejuvenator. It’s easy to forget maintenance doses when I’m feeling good, but this supplement really does bring me back to life when my joints remind me. Maintenance doses are worth while. Higher doses when the stress becomes overbearing really helps.
