Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions and use referral rewards.

I forgot my password

Go to the sign in page and choose the option to receive a sign in code or reset link by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

When will my order be confirmed?

You receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If you pay by bank transfer, we pack and send your order once we have verified your payment in our bank account.

How do discount codes work?

Enter your code at checkout. Only one discount can be used per order, and the best discount available to you applies. Accounts with a standing discount, such as dealers and sponsored athletes, cannot buy product kits, because kits are already discounted.

How do Subscribe & Save orders work?

Choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible product page and pick how often you want it delivered. You can pause, change or cancel any time from your account. See Subscribe & Save for details.

How does the referral program work?

After your first order you receive your own referral link. Friends who order with it get a discount, and you earn Hammer Credits. See the Referral Program page.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.
