Referral Program Policy

Program Overview

The Hammer Ambassador Program rewards loyal Hammer Nutrition Philippines customers who introduce family and friends to Hammer Nutrition products.

By participating in the program, Hammer Ambassadors agree to these Terms and Conditions. Hammer Nutrition Philippines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

Eligibility

A customer becomes eligible for the Hammer Ambassador Program after completing their first direct purchase from Hammer Nutrition Philippines.

Each Hammer Ambassador receives a unique Referral Link, QR Code, and referral code.

Referred Customers

A Referred Customer is a unique person, living at their own address, who has never previously ordered directly from Hammer Nutrition Philippines.

The Referral Program is intended for genuine referrals to family, friends, teammates, training partners, and others you personally know.

Referrals within the same household do not qualify. This includes a spouse, parent, child or anyone living at the same address or sharing finances with the Hammer Ambassador, including family members away at school. Relatives and friends who live in a different home are welcome.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or creating multiple customer accounts to earn Hammer Credits are prohibited.

Referral Discount

Referred Customers receive 15% off their first order only, placed using their assigned Referral Link, QR Code, or referral code.

The referral discount applies to all products except gift cards.

Referral discounts cannot be combined with:

  • Hammer Athlete Discounts
  • Dealer pricing
  • Hammer Credits
  • Promotional codes
  • Free shipping offers
  • Other offers unless specifically stated by Hammer Nutrition Philippines

When multiple discounts are available, the highest eligible discount will apply. During sale periods, the sale price applies if it is lower.

Hammer Credits

Hammer Ambassadors earn Hammer Credits equal to 15% of the product subtotal of each Referred Customer's first order. The product subtotal is the amount paid for the products after discounts, not including shipping. Hammer Credits are earned once per Referred Customer.

Hammer Credits:

  • Are issued after qualifying orders have been fulfilled.
  • Can only be redeemed at Hammer Nutrition Philippines.
  • May be redeemed for up to 50% of the product subtotal per order.
  • Cannot be combined with referral discounts, Hammer Athlete Discounts, or other promotional offers.
  • Have no cash value.
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Do not generate additional Hammer Credits when redeemed.

Referral Relationship

Each Referral Link, QR Code, and referral code is unique and assigned to one Hammer Ambassador.

A Referred Customer is permanently associated with the first valid Referral Link, QR Code, or referral code used on their initial qualifying purchase unless otherwise determined by Hammer Nutrition Philippines.

Verification

Hammer Nutrition Philippines reserves the right to verify referral links, QR codes, referral codes, referral relationships, customer eligibility and qualifying orders before issuing Hammer Credits.

Hammer Nutrition Philippines may withhold, adjust, deny, or reverse Hammer Credits resulting from:

  • Self-referrals
  • Referrals within the same household
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Cancelled, returned or refunded orders
  • Invalid referral relationships
  • Abuse of the program
  • System or processing errors

Acceptable Use

Hammer Ambassadors may not:

  • Send spam emails or unsolicited messages.
  • Use bots or automated systems.
  • Publish referral codes on coupon, cashback, or discount websites.
  • Create websites, pages or ads whose only purpose is to spread referral links.
  • Advertise or bid on Hammer Nutrition brand names to promote referral links.
  • Use referral links for misleading advertising.
  • Misrepresent Hammer Nutrition products or make claims about them.
  • Represent themselves as employees or official spokespersons of Hammer Nutrition Philippines.

Program Changes

Hammer Nutrition Philippines reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Hammer Ambassador Program, reward percentages, redemption rules, eligibility requirements, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
