"We can"

Kaya started in the late 1980s as a group of friends playing football every week on a basketball court. The name Kaya Football Club became official in July 1996. It comes from the Filipino word káya, meaning "we can", and it still sums up the club's spirit.

First based in Makati and Metro Manila, the club moved to Iloilo in 2018, when it became the official club of the Province of Iloilo. Today it plays as Kaya FC–Iloilo, with the Iloilo Sports Complex as its home ground.

Club highlights

  • UFL Cup champions, 2015.

Fueled for the season

"A strong start, made possible by the right fuel." In September 2026 the club shared how its players recharge with Hammer Nutrition as they gear up for each new challenge, with HEED and Hammer Gel right there in the locker room.

Football is an endurance sport

Ninety minutes of sprints, recoveries and changes of direction, often in the Philippine heat, asks a lot of the body. Steady energy, good hydration and fast recovery between matches make a difference, from the first whistle to the last minute of stoppage time.
