Hey, my name is Red Zion; I have been hammering since 2017, and it has been my main squeeze ever since. My first experience with Hammer was when I was racing the Ultra Anvil Triathlon in Florida. This was my first ultra-distance triathlon and needed fuel. I primarily race in Ultra Distance Triathlon and can’t get enough of the racing community and the long hours you spend breaking your limits through miles and miles in nature. I am also an ultra runner and an open-water swimmer, but I also enjoy spending time with some good music, a canvas, and my acrylics. No matter the activity, indoor or outdoor, my go-to fuel and nutrition source is Hammer Nutrition. The fuels and supplements in my daily regimen are for instance, in a daily basis, I take my vitamins such as magnesium and the digest caps. During sport, I am a great fan of the hammer gels to pump my energy up, I love the perpetum to keep me fueled during long hours, endurolytes to keep hydrated, and when I am racing, I am BIG on using the Anti-Fatigue caps. I am so EXCITED to be a Hammer athlete! After many years of racing and trying different supplements to feed my sport, I have to admit that Hammer has been a great add-in to my training and racing. It has a wide variety of different fuels and supplements that apply perfectly to a daily basis, which I absolutely love.
