ENDURANCE MOUNTAIN BIKING - HAMMERING SINCE: 2007
I started mountain biking in 1989 but didn’t compete in my first bike race until 2007. I started with Cross Country and then quickly fell in love with Endurance Mountain Bike Racing! Started racing 24-hour Solo events, and then the 4-hour endurance race format became more popular. In 2019, I started to compete in Road and Cyclocross in addition to Mountain Bike Racing!
My local bike shop and ride mentors introduced me to Hammer Nutrition! I immediately started to religiously utilize HEED, Perpetuem, Recoverite, and Hammer Gel as it was quickly apparent the benefits of fueling properly.
