ULTRA RUNNING / IRONMAN - HAMMERING SINCE: 2011

I have been doing triathlons since 2009 and with Hammer since 2011. I have primarily settled into doing 70.3 races and have qualified for the Ironman world championships three times now.  In the off-season, I switch over to endurance running to cross-train.
