ULTRA RUNNING - HAMMERING SINCE: 2007
Carolyn started running in her early 20’s to quit smoking and became an athlete later in life. She’s been doing triathlons since 2007 and has completed Ironmans, a 50 mile foot race, 50k’s and many marathons since then. Her latest was Ironman Alaska in 2022. Her mantra: Just keep moving!
